Dr. Glen Russell

Pastor

Dr Glen Russell was saved in the fall of 1991 just before coming to Faith Baptist Church with his family. He answered the call to become the fifth pastor of Faith Baptist Church in December of 2015. Before coming to Faith, Pastor Glen was the associate pastor of the Faith Baptist Church in Colonial Heights, Virginia for over 13 years. By God's grace, Pastor Glen holds a Doctorate Degree in Biblical Studies from Gulf Coast Bible College and a Bachelors Degree in Pastoral Theology from Atlantic Baptist Bible College. He and his wife AnnMarie have been married for over 40 years. They have a daughter, Alyssa, living and serving with her husband Richard, and granddaughter Charlotte, near Richmond, Virginia.

Kanayo Ikeh

Assistant Pastor

Assistant Pastor Kanayo Ikeh accepted Christ as his Savior in 2007. He moved from Nigeria to Vermont to pursue a doctorate in Cellular, Molecular, and Biomedical Sciences at the University of Vermont in 2020. Since becoming a member of Faith Baptist Church in 2021, he has enjoyed serving in several ministries, including Media, Nursing Home, Transportation, and Security. Desiring to deepen his knowledge of God's Word and better equip himself for ministry, he began studies through the DeLand School of the Bible by correspondence in the fall of 2025. In July 2026, he was called to serve as Assistant Pastor. His desire is to glorify God by faithfully teaching the Scriptures, serving God's people, and proclaiming the gospel of Jesus Christ. He and his wife, Amaka, were married in August 2022 and are grateful for the privilege of serving the Lord together.

David Roy

Deacon

Brother David Roy and his wife Patty have been members of Faith Baptist for over thirty years. David was ordained as the Deacon of Faith Baptist in the early 90's and has served faithfully over those many years. He and Patty raised eleven kids in Georgia, Vermont. David is always a joy to be around and has become an important part of Faith Baptist Church.
